Banaza was summoned to The Magical Kingdom of Kryrode as a Hero Candidate, however, due to having only the abilities of a regular citizen, he was treated as a disqualified Hero. He, who was originally supposed to be returned to his original world, became unable to return due to the Magical Kingdom’s mistake, and inevitably, had to live in this world.

However, the moment he became Lv2, Banaza acquired every attainable skill and magical ability, and he became a Super-Cheat with Stats that transcend normal limits! Even so, Banaza , who does things at his own pace with an easygoing smile, takes Lys of the Demon race as his wife, and fully enjoys his newlywed life. He then changes his name to Furio and leads an even more laid-back life! However, chaos is in store for the Furio household; on top of a strange pet and four, freeloading Female-Knights, even a Devil and Former Demon King join in. Despite his circumstances, even with his life becoming increasingly chaotic, Banaza continues to enjoy his laid-back lifestyle.

Please enjoy the story of the everyday life of the Furio family, which, with the birth of the twins, gets ever increasingly laid-back. Included is also the story of the man who became a Hero in Banaza’s place!

Hoo, a fascinating slice of life novel with OP protagonist similar to Death March, but unlike Death March where MC still haven't touch his harem yet even after hundred of chapters, This MC having s*x right after getting abandoned by the King and country (Chap 7) and doing the deed with the sexy demon nearly everynight.

Even though he's kinda oblivious to many things that made readers pop the veins on their forehead, but he is natural with woman, truly a Dangerous existence.

Magnificent.

I finish reading most of top jap wn/ln translated, or cn wn (not all of them). They are many novel that I want to wait till 100 chapter before I start reading. But unfortunately, not many novel reach 100 chapter.

So I spent searching for novel that at least without suspense and climax, a novel that doesn't make you want to say cliffhanger!!!! Because this novel doesn't have the cliffhanger, relaxing, no suspense, a little bit of comedy, no tragedy, horror or ntr. After reading many story with cliffhanger or cn... more>> wn that have non-stop enemy coming one after the other, I just wish just to read lots and lots of relaxing novel.
And this is one of them. <<less

This story is an easy going one. The MC is trying to settle down, but manages to pick up followers over time. The curiosity of other characters draw them to him and thus they find themselves wanting to preserve this new relation. Really the side characters are much more important the MC. Truly a laid back story so don't expect a plot in the sense of a destination but its about the changes brought by the actions of the MC in particular.

While the translation of the NovelJapan version suffers until... more>> chapter 15 or so it gets better. <<less

A nice story of a typical summoned OP MC. By the way even though I rated it 3, I like the story.

This protagonist didn't came from our world, but from a fantasy too, but that doesn't make any influence in the story.

About the story, there is no plot, the MC is a overpowered guy who wants to live a nice life together with his wife. He is so OP that nothing seems to faze him, so even the cliffhangers doesn't give you any tension, so if you are looking plot... more>> stay away from it. <<less

Hmm, mixed feelings about this one. The usual trope: a kingdom who ejects him because he was thought to be useless, becomes OP quick, female followers are tossed in for a potential harem. But nothing happens. The summary basically gives you the entire story.

But apparently that's what the story is supposed to be, no plot or action-y events are to take place. In that regard, it gets the full points. But I'm not going to because I don't believe it deserves it. What I do like about this: not... more>> a s*upid MC, he gets a demon wife early. What I don't like: nothing happens, the female "knights" are totally unnecessary and just leech off of him, nothing happens, the blond hero as a potential rival fell short and became a disappointment, nothing happens.

Will leave this unrated though, since I'm dropping this pretty early in. But it's not my cup of tea... (2/5) <<less

Going to wait to read this, but I like that this MC immediatly decided to get married instead of being a pu*sy and blushing at every pretty girl ever (from what I can read from the synopsis). Plus I been wanting to read a slice of life novel that isn't like that deathmarch one where he just pussies out on the people close to him.

If you love a slice of life that is similar to Death March kara Hajimaru Isekai Kyusoukyoku, this is a novel for you. If you are not into enjoy-the-peaceful-life-while-being-OP stuff it is better for you not to lose your time.

The premise of the story is good and, as I have seen in other reviews, I love the facet that the MC is married from the start. If we watch closely we can see that author has a good grasp of characters and that the whole troupe that follows the MC... more>> is the source of all the humor in the novel. The MC has his moments, but it's mostly focused on relationship with his wife.

As the more characters are introduced, it opens up a lot of space for development of character persona and situations that carry the story. The style of writing is good, but the author tends to describe a lot and uses teasers for some situations like: something happened -> conclusion -> good solution that has potential and.... "but that is a story for some other time..."

The novel has a lot of focus on ecchi and talk/implication about s*x. I love ecchi as the next guy, but when it is used a lot it looses appeal. I love romance and this is a good novel for many romance subplots-has a good potential in that field. I would like to see author develop characters from generic ones (sexy airhead, overly-shy...) and give them growth.

For me what is the biggest minus points are:

Spoiler

Djin and Grand Magus of Midnight relationship that is soo out of the story context. Introducing them gave author a lot of space for story development, but what did he do? He created relationship where Djin explores s*x and uses Grand Magus as a training partner-so the "love" is born... There are some other implications that I hope don't come to life like one of tenants being close with a pet bear-and it is implied that they might end up in "relationship", or other tenant that rises and loves horses gets a s*x book called Princess and the Hors**en...

[collapse]

All in all, if you focus on slice of life, and can glass over some dubious things, this novel is a good read for fans of slice of life as OPMC... <<less

This series has events that happen, and it's a fluffy fantasy series. There is no development to these events; they are there, they are there, and then they are over. There is magic. The MC is in the honeymoon period with his wife, but the development of their relationship doesn't make a lick of sense whatsoever and leaves me wonder if she's still under the influence of his magic. There is limited character development, but all the characters have flat personalities and are easy to forget. There isn't action. The... more>> MC just does something and the battle instantly ends with no description of any fighting or battle, and the writer just jumps to the aftermath and skips all the good parts.

WHY IS THERE NO ACTION IN AN ISEKAI SERIES WHERE THE MC WORKS AS AN ADVENTURER?!

The relationship with the MC and his "wife" is incredibly disturbing. This information is revealed in the first few chapters.
Spoiler

The MC accidentally slaughters a demon general and his entire army, annihilating them from the face of the Earth. The general's sister tries to find human sacrifices to resurrect him. Since she was close to her brother, she probably had other friends or relatives killed by the MC. Even with all this hatred, she surrenders to him and decides to make him her "master." That night, she attacks the MC with lust spells, which he counters because he's just too OP. He then hits her with lust magic that is too much for her to handle and counter-rapes her. There is no way she could be in control of her senses enough to give consent. It's like raping a drunk person--you don't do it. Just because they're intoxicated and can't control themselves or express proper judgement doesn't mean they gave you the a-okay to bang them half to death.

After that, she continues to act like she's still under the effects of the spell. The MC is the most powerful person in the world, so his magic could definitely have long-lasting effects. She gives the vibe of a s*x s*ave more than anything else...

Aside from the battle, s*avery (he becomes her master), and r*pe, there really isn't anything else that makes their relationship happen. They don't discuss their different cultures, preferences, loyalties, families, values, etc. at all before they suddenly just get married.

[collapse]

Although the MC was an accountant or something in his previous world, he is completely unfamiliar with the infinity symbol. How did he ever pass math? Of course, it could be possible that he was from a medieval world, but we readers have almost no information about his past. I think he had a dad. That's it. There is extremely little background information, leaving him incredibly flat.

A bunch of women move into their home, and, although one of them is obviously lusting after the MC, the MC's wife lets them stay. Wtf? She has a possessive personality the rest of the time, so why does she suddenly become so mild and carefree? Of course, no one really has any clear personalities in this series....

There aren't really any good things I can say about this series at this point, which is why I'm dropping it. Annoying flirting and OPness is all that's happened so far. Boring. <<less

This novel is like a collection of short funny stories about the ridiculous things that happen to the strong people with no common sense who gravitate towards the MC and the normal people's reaction to them. The humour is simple yet not too simple if you know what I mean, so the final effect if pretty enjoyable to read.

This kind of humour is one on the strongest points of OP MC Isekai stories like Death March or Growth Cheat, so it's a good and tested method of how to not... more>> overuse the MC, which is the main danger of such stories. The downside is, don't expect any deep plots, epic fights or even high level writing, for those try something like Overlord or The New Gate. <<less

This is pretty scattered. The translators are all over the place with little consistency between them. Most of the characters are fine, but the push to keep the first hero in the story is fairly absurd and not amusing. He's complete tr*sh and is in the process of acquiring his own harem. The protagonist acquired a r*pe-happy futa-s*ave that permanently abducts random female opponents to her dimension for eternal r*pe. Ignoring that, I enjoy the conceit and general idea behind most of the story and the starting characters, but characters... more>> have been coming too fast and develop into marriage-relationships practically immediately. Probably would keep reading if it had a consistent translation or if it didn't keep pushing the r*pe or if the first hero wasn't a regular character, but all of that combined prevents me from continuing. <<less

Well what can I say... I actually started with the manga... (just like most of the novels I'm reading to be honest XD) and... I fell in love with the novel and seriously never devoured a novel so fast in my life... it's not the usual "I'll try to become OP and complete the mission" and more like "I'm OP now I guess... I'll just live with it... in the most lax way possible". I mean the MC was summoned as a hero candidate and because he didn't had any... more>> special powers he was quickly forgotten and was forced to go on exile from a land he barely stepped his foot on... got on level 2 and then suddenly had everything at his disposal and the early reaction of his is quite funny to be honest like... I can instantly teleport to anywhere I've been before? Since I don't have any special powers that means... everyone can do it! Impressive! (They can't...) It had to be his wife (ye... he got married in 5 chapters or so! so... no useless dragging) to show him (and the miserable performance of the so-called "hero") that he was OP as F***! And as soon he figured it out he was like... ok... let's live quietly and peacefully and enjoy life... He could be like... let's conquer the world or... let's kill the demon lord and Co. and be a hero again! But no... let's have tea and a friendly conversation with the demon lord and enjoy life... hilarious! I mean... the guy tried to instigate a fight with him... several times actually... first with his most loyal subordinate then with freaking dragons and then he showed himself frustrated by the previous failed attempts only to understood how OP the MC was and to misunderstood one of MC's subordinates courage (who later one finds the opponent that was facing and become worried that he might kill her for revenge) and fells in love at first strike and comes by to drink tea with a simple thought: "I now see his true character and that it's impossible to finish him off so I might come to enjoy life drink some tea... and admire the person who faced me head-on" (while that same person tried to flee with the tail behind her legs). Even after when the Demon Lord's position is in jeopardy instead of fighting for it he's like... sure go ahead. Have fun!

I mean... moments like this makes the story fresh and somehow alive and the adaptation of the side characters to the MC's lifestyle is quite good to be honest... instead of trying to manipulating him to their own gains (except the cough cough "hero" ofc) they adapt and follow his lax way of living never forgetting their crucial tasks. So what happens when you have this kind of MC alongside with his wife (who btw is also a demon), the Demon Lord, and other characters living alongside? The answer: a pretty lax family and a nice story overall. To be honest they don't have much fighting scenes but the ones they have are quite funny the way they are described and even though our MC is a pacifist he doesn't have a problem of getting his hands dirty for the sake of his family either like the time he took his precious time to beat the crap the devil who nearly killed his wife (probably one of the few moments where he releases his true anger) or when the demons "try" to attack the city he's in or his family members but even then, most of the times he let's... angrier family members take care of the situation.

Seriously a comedy/ slice of life with a pinch of action and a lot of romance, specially between the family's couples... one other thing... thank god the MC isn't Dense and quickly realizes how powerful he truly is... honestly the Dense type MC kinda annoys me nowadays.

But there are 2 reasons why I'm not giving 5 stars: first... the translation is not completed yet... I seriously wish I had serious cash flows so I could pay someone to translate this faster (and better ofc...) and the second and most obvious are the quality of the translations... although I don't mind that much it irritates me to see the characters's names change from chapter to chapter... I mean... and sometimes even the context is a bit off... but since the story pulls me back to constantly check for updates I don't feel like it's correct to punish the series that much because of it's translators and subsequent... also I actually read until chapter 80 but that was a direct translation from raw to English with google translator so I don't truly think it counts... the reason I did that... well... check it out yourselves :).

To conclude: Awesome MC and support cast, cool and funny story, interesting story twist when comparing to other isekai novels but google translator's translation: 4 stars

P.s: I'm seriously waiting for the manga to also develop but by the speed of it... I don't think it will get near the speed I wanted too :/ <<less

While I quite like the novel and the MC, who is OP and decisive, the translation quality is a bit annoying at times, especially the names changing quite often. Also, the novel romance seems to revolve more around others compared to the MC, which kinda makes it annoying for me. Other than that it is a good slice of life novel.

A nice slow story about a Main Character who goes from his home fantasy world to another, gets rejected as his stats are average, and then becomes Overpowered when he reaches level 2.

MC is literally overpowered, there is basically no problem he can't solve in a second (he can even rewind time if someone is hurt) so don't expect to see him to be challenged by anything.

The level of translation quality is below average for all except the Seigi translations (they translated prologue - Ch 24, so if your about... more>> to start reading, look for their translations (they currently start on page 5) <<less

*sigh* another japanese saint MC..... um I mean mechanical japanese MC that runs on pissing off people for not having common sense (or rather ignoring common sense and abandons thinking logically/ Ah I miss Korean novels that has logic and common sense but I hate the racism there.) and doing saint like things that puts a shame on all the saints of earth (he helps a kid that tries to pickpocket his item bag but gives the kid 1 gold coin. really? he never thought that the kid might get... more>> killed by thugs or accused of stealing and the adults get the gold coin instead?). I always ask why japanese novels waste good premise for s*upid non sensical/ illogical actions of MCs and just digging more plot holes after plot holes. don't mind my review cause I don't really properly review this novel cause it's not worth to properly review this. Like those I rate 1 star but I properly review those are a little better than this novel. <<less

Honestly an enjoyable read, the story is Laid back, the characters are fun and enjoyable also unique, heck theres not a lot of novels out there that shows a romance between a demon lord and a hero's comrade lol.

Things progress at a rather odd phasing, a lot of others prespective but for a laid back story with an OP MC and no Plot, I guess it fits.

The bad news or good news depending on your prefference, the MC only loves one gurl, his wife... Well if ya aint gonna put... more>> a harem tag on it, why didja introduce so many likeable female charas?

Lastly, NovelsJapan sucks, the first few links are dead while 50 to 63 redirects me back to ToC, so the only free readable chapter is only up to 49, hopefully seigi picks up this from 50 since I dont think it will do any good to retranslate 1-49 over again. This was a pleasant read. <<less

A boring and simple story, every single build up in the story is escalated from zero to max and back again to zero in a blink of an eye.

Let's talk about the character depth, well every one of them is just one dimensional character that carries a simple goal with some inconsistency that's all because the author doesn't bother to make them more detailed. MC has a inhuman mentality, basically he has no real character value and the one he shown is just an empty personality the author slap into... more>> him... basically he is hollow like other generic isekai MC withe the same level of storywriting.

There is no world basic foundation here because the world revolves around MC, basically he is the 'Next button' to trigger or a starting point of event. Very little plot explanation and build up and a quick as f*ck plot execution and finishing.

I consider reincarnated slime rimuru as a decent story writing and this one is like a middle schooler writing, well what did I expect in the beginning lol.

Unless you like simple story with op MC and a quick and thick romance in it then this one probably is a good choice for you. <<less

First time reviewing a novel, so here goes.

TL;DR Read the manga version somewhere because this novel is horrible.

Pros:

    • Interesting MC that isn't interested in putting his meat pole everywhere it fits
    • Loyal supporting characters with reasonable backgrounds to make them believable enough
    • Spoiler

MC and supporting character isn't sterile like in every other isekai stories

      [collapse]
Cons:

    • For some reason, most girls were thirsting for MCs' c*ck in earlier chapters
    • One-off characters and plot point that went nowhere.
    • MC has several names that can be quite confusing, multiple translators with different spelling and naming didn't help the matter
    • A lot, I mean A LOT, of repeated jokes that weren't even funny, to begin with
The manga version really helps sell this to me as there are no weird and forced s*x scenes and cuts down unimportant characters which helps to make this story much more readable and enjoyable.

Spoiler

In the manga version Fulio/Furio/Banaza and Lys/Risu/Reese didn't try to f*ck as soon as they decided to become "Husband" and "Wife".

The Princess didn't offer her body to smooth out the deal.

Hiyas' "Spiritual Training" (or*y with living being inside her domain) isn't mentioned/she was kicked out of it as soon as it happens.

Also, Fulios' anger towards Hiya in the earlier chapter seems more believable and he looks like someone that is a peace-loving businessman.

[collapse]

I only suggest you read this because you want to know more about the characters and plot point (read: spoiling yourself) while waiting for the next chapters.
