Unless you can laugh at the ridiculous and don't enjoy overly romantic novels, don't read this.

It seems like the author read a book called "Funny one liners about s*upid people" and used every joke in the book. The story is pretty much just about showing how s*upid the FL is and how much the ML can insult her.

The FL is really, really dumb and on top of that she isn't nice. She literally has nothing good about her and the reader truly wonders why he likes her other than her... more>> willingness to be the bu*t of his jokes. She has no compunction about lying and stealing.

The ML is also incapable of saying anything affectionate and seems to only make fun of the FL and use her low IQ and greed to amuse himself. Some of his actions might be considered caring, but his words are hurtful. I want to go as far as say most of the difficulties in the novel is because

I don't know if he complimented her once and he seems to only make fun of her looks and her body. Having major body image difficulties myself, this was especially uncomfortable.

If you go in knowing this novel is almost a form of slapstick and not romantic you might enjoy it. I did laugh a few times and in the end you know they love each other but I don't see a HE here. Eventually they will be an old and bickering couple who everyone wonders why they got married in the first place - especially since neither of them thinks she "deserves" him. <<less

First of all, I would like to thank the translators for putting the effort on completely translating this novel. Although it is light and fluffy, there are some things that just not sit right for me which is why I only gave 3 stars.

These are the points that does not sit right for me:

1. FL is dense as heck! She already had seggs with the ML and she still don't know that the dude has feelings for her, ML already told her before they have done it but she still turned a blind eye to his signal. Really a dumb move for her I would say.

2. FL has no sense of work ethics or ethics in general. I really hate people who likes to make up stories or gossip about someone just for their own benefit which is what she did there when she was doing an interview.

3. I don't see any development of the 2 main leads so it's really hard to guess how they even started liking each other, come on we need reasons...

4. ML likes to take advantage of FL into doing things like enslaving her when they aren't even working and doing intimate things when she doesn't want to. He's possessive...

5. Basically both main leads likes to take advantage of each other for their own greed which is pretty toxic for me....

And other more, I'm sorry this is what I can write so far because I'm not good at expressing my thoughts. So overall, it's a...... meh novel.

Hahaha I finished this novel in one night since it ain't that long. Thank you Peanuts of Hui3r trans blog. Good job for then translation.

Why so much Hahaha because of the MC. I found her so hilarious. The moment she answered the interviewer 'what was your past experience?", and answering what she did before she came to the office, I just experienced last night what they called ROBL (rolling on the bed while laughing) and this is the reason I love the novel. The ML has the knack in making... more>> the MC obey him. Okay, our MC is really/ always confused with her IQ but as what the ML said 'she is the most hilarious and cute woman' he ever met and I totally agree with that. She got the genes of her mother, hahaha!

Overall I love this novel. A cute, fluffy and just a light read. Added to my re-read list. <<less

I feel like I read a completely different novel to the one they are commenting on.

I found this novel cute and lovely and I've probably read it 5 times so reading these comments, I'm flabbergasted.
