The first two chapters really hooked me into the story. You'll just love Kong Hou.

BTW, the name of the translation group really fits this novel's name.

The plot flows smoothly and everything explained clearly.

Up till latest chapter, I hope they avoid the love ordeal of the previous generation and ascend peacefully together

Boy, after the first few paragraphs, I almost dropped this novel. I would have missed out on one of the best Chinese novels I've ever read. Usually novels with FL and ML are not that great. There's too many misunderstandings and not enough unselfish love. But boy this story is the opposite of all cultivation stories I've ever read. You have deep and true love and friendship between the FL and ML. You have supportive and loyal masters and disciples. This novel will turn your views of the cultivation world... more>> upside down. And I love every minute of it. I usually skim and skip paragraphs and not read every little description. But for this I read every single word without missing anything. I did not want to miss a single description. The world building is excellent. I've read some of the authors other works and did not like them all that much. But I fell in love with this novel so much. Like in love with the ML and FL and all the side characters. I cant wait to read on and find out more. I slowed down the last few chapters, wanting to savor it slowly. Do not hesitate to give this story a try. You will like the FL alot. She is strong, loyal, courageous and so much more. She did not hesitate to go for whatever she believed in. Especially her man lol and its pretty funny how she treats all the disciples who treat her as a Shishu, always giving them a brocade gift bag. This story is light hearted and warm with a side of adventure, action and evil cultivators. Highly highly recommended.

Finally reached the end today. To me, the first 3/4 of the book was excellent. The last 1/4 was boring and not as good. I basically skimmed thru the last 3/4 there. There were a few things left unresolved. But the two extras were nice and tied their relationship closure very well. I was glad they included them. Thank you to the translators for a job well done. Translation was phenomenal. <<less

This is a sweet and fluffy story. I felt it's nice to read a short and fluffy story for once instead of those 5k chapters that will never finish translating

It was a really sweet read from start to near finish. Just another 20+ chapters left before it finish translating. I hope to read another novel from this author or atleast another novel similiar to this. It was really a nice read :)

It's great. The world building is awesome and a breath of fresh air compared to typical cultivation novels where people are terrible at their hearts everywhere. Here, maybe they're still terrible, but we see that everyone genuinely wants peace and love.

The romance is also very slow. MC is a great character, and ML is not bad as well. I like that this story is clearly both parties benefitting each other, even if MC is much weaker. Normally, it'd just be like ML just benefits from MC's love, but I like... more>> that here MC actually helps ML a lot.

This story has the same atmosphere as 'My Disciple Died Yet Again', where instead of cultivation sects inter-fighting like rabid dogs, there are 'righteous sects' fighting the terrorist-like 'evil sects'.

In a sense, the cultivation world in this world has propriety.

Funny, brilliant, a delight to read. I laughed out loud so many times :)

Highly recommend for anyone who likes warm hearted, good natured, uplifting, and adorable Xianxia!

Wow just wow

This is one of the cutest and fluffiest novel that I've ever read so far here on NU. Our MC is just so adorable and you can't just help but to love her.

Fluffiest cultivation novel ever and most adorable ML.

So far, indeed a lighthearted story that's making me wish I was also a disciple of Splendid Cloud Sect! Haha!

I like how it focuses more on cultivation slice of life.

The translator knows how to pick good stories.

I can already tell this is going to be a series I'll really like. The FL is cluelessly adorable, and her Sect is adorable. And basically, everyone is adorable who likes the FL too. As of chapter 29, the ML is still unknown (but we've got a guess on who it is). But that's okay, because FL is so cute that we can patiently wait for her to meet her destined somebody.

The story is not meant to be taken too seriously. I can already see someone reading this and complaining... more>> because they're taking it too seriously.

The writing is well done and the translator is fantastic. Their grammar is amazing and they only have an occasional spelling mistake. Props to the author for making such a sweet story and a big thank you for the translation team for bringing this to English speakers! :D <<less

The world itself is super fluffy and nice. Well, from what I've read anyway. I love the main character and all the supporting characters. The author really fleshed out the world well, making me want to actually be a part of it. So far, it's unlike any of the other cultivation stories out there because the face slapping isn't the main part of this story. There are some, just not to the point of boredom.
