Cute! Really cute! And funny. It really warms my heart reading these type of novels. A nice break from the dark and despairing ones I’ve been reading lately. My only complaint is that the story never really “goes” anywhere. The romance only starts blossoming and, if it wasn’t labelled a BL, it would be able to pass as a friend ship relationship. Only like if you were really oblivious though...

The story is short and fluffy. The plot isn't too deep but I'm satisfied. This isn't one of those where you really wish it was a little longer. Good quick read.

A happy short story without much realism. It's a stereotypical boss-secretary relationship. Great if you're into that genre. No smut.

The characters are one-dimensional and their motivations are hard to grasp (Why would I stay around after I demoted from being an analyst to secretary? Especially if my boss is abusive?) But it's a 5 chapter short story, so that's to be expected.

Super quick read with only 5 chapters where the relationship is very subtle.

It's pretty funny how the MC-ML relationship twists and turns as they get to know each other. The MC starts as a big fan of the ML. However, he later learns what the ML is truly like and is somewhat disappointed and disillusioned.
