Kung Fu is one of my favorite light novels. It's got a fun premise: a young man meets a crazy old man in a bookstore, the crazy old man claims to be able to teach him the fictional powers of a wuxia cultivator, and it turns out he somehow can! The characters are good, Deathblade is one of the most engaging and skilled translators in the community (check out his translation of I Shall Seal the Heavens if you've somehow missed it), and the novel itself is both well written... more>> and short. It's also surprisingly sad. It's a novel that I've come back to a couple of times. <<less
