A great story if you're looking for a mature, slightly dark but humorous, lore rich, and mysterious story about a reincarnator who's past is both mysterious and intriguing. Its one of those stories that doesn't show its hand completely and leaves many things in the dark until the story progresses and I love it for that. His scheme's however don't seem artificial and perfect and give the impression of an intelligent man thrown into the deep end, making by the best he can and doing quite well.

The translation is also top tier with the translator very helpfully leaving endnotes with definitions of words or people (the League of Legends bit was hilarious) and even pictures of certain objects or paintings. I just wish they were a little faster but I understand why they would take a while because the translator, who I assume is Rienne, seems to truly care about quality. He/she even includes a detailed glossary.

If I were to give this a score relative to the other stories I've read on this site (I've read almost all of the 4.2+ stories, yes I am addicted), I'd give it a 4.5-4.7. Really a top tier story. <<less
