The portrayal is really fluid and connects perfectly. The character itself acts a 3rd party and not directly connected to conflicts, I really wonder if this really have comedy but this really makes me feel giddy because the author's feelings clearly reflects the antithetical side of most harem reincarnation story, while again, being a third party. The MC took stand as a real otherworldly person, but uncaring towards his surroundings and only wanting to put airs, in essence, making him quite cool compared to other protagonist. Well, the MC also... more>> doesn't care about relationships. Well, same could also be said towards the other characters, they are uncaring, indirectly involved with each other and well of course they're diverse. Well all I could say, is the author is really cooler than most MC. <<less

My Death Flags Show No Sign of Ending

If I could just spam 5 star, I already did. This is just soo exceptionally written. The plot, the concepts are beautifully executed. Every main characters are restricted by their role, and grows internally, that also includes the sub-characters. It is built up over foreshadowing and foreshadowing which makes the story remains inside more and anticipates it better. He also drafts the characters feelings well so we could also feel, and in a exaggerated manner. Setting wise, is albeit bad, but it nourished as the stick(referring to carrot and stick)... more>> so that the portrayal of feelings to be very exaggerated, especially the character monologues which is restricted from their roles that reeks of the generic "If I could just tell the whole world this" is making you feel like shouting in glee. Not just that, it seems like the author himself doesn't like to have his stories tasteless, so this chapters ended up really refreshing, and that piled up every chapter, that's why it makes you wanting to read it again and again. <<less

Give this five star, I insist! This is another unique masterpiece. Dayum! All characters seemed to have important roles and leaning to a different tendencies and action, all the characters are overly unique and living, and in between relationships(character treatment wise) are overly emphasized. If I were to describe their personalities, it is overly straightforward(or just straight), but describing their roles can make a whole mess of the story. A lot of characters are the key maker and is capable of inciting developments and change within the story, not only... more>> that, conflict between personality and roles seems to make the feedback really tensed. All told in a MC perspective. Another really unique series~!!! -I especially like how the author insert his own philosophy <<less

Well here's what I thought. The realm is too narrow, no actual adventures, especially maybe that the main characters always shows actual context on what he is going to do, making it very obvious. Author shows a very bad habit, I don't know if this was a novel only for himself. Because of that some key points was a mess and not to mention, the characters are totally brainwash, shows a dry personality as though they are really NPC (if anyone say something about the face, I'll kill you). Author... more>> also doesn't know how write scenes, big context used on a small scene, but drawn out. And most of all, you can't feel anything reading this (No conflict nor romance). Like watching a dry plot.

Anyway, I hate the author for his self-sufficient tendencies. I'll refrain from giving actual spoilers but let me give you a brief meaning of what is supposed to be a good book. `is to try to reach out to the readers, and it itself is a world separate your own`, Sorry but, I had to bring this down on ranking. well as a suggestion
Spoiler

Re:Monster, both are crap but at least you won't know it until you've reached far, that's how much character build-up is important

"It's not abou the story, it's about how you get drunk in the story" well if mentioned that way, then it has a pretty messed up overall plot, at first it'll get your expectation for dark going by the scenes, then another one, is the expectation for action with the MC's OP concept versatile power, only for him to laze at the turning point expected, expectation after going to the Novel generic adventure guild, only to get a quest back home, this story betrays all your expectation, but when you... more>> let your guard down it then started a very immersive Dungeun Battle, and then turns mellow again! the intoxication acts like a pit hole, despite being overly mellow itself it suddenly drops you into a hole full with excitement. Though I don't enjoy having betrayed my expectations when I read, I think pit holes are foul play. No good! I'm turning M. <<less

I don't know why one of my favorite novel is so low in ranking but this is a very unique series you know, most of the stories are only 3rd rate in the imaginability, but this guy tops even Kazuma Kamachi when it comes to imagining what happened inside. It's charm cannot be explained unless you change your perspective. Try reading it very slowly and repetitively that a volume could take an hour or two to finish, of course, while you imagine. If you cannot do that then you are... more>> mostly biased and don't have the capacity to imagine further. Well, depends on the person really. The fights, the labyrinths, the surface, the valley is imaginable on a large scale. Very descriptive. Truly a unique series. The characters too, might be cliche but you can see what they're doing happening. Especially all heroines and their tendencies, it is all within the scale predictable, with draft environments you can freely doodle. Draft heroines + draft environments = you can set it the way you like. and the author never fails to answer you. Very enjoyable new experience.

Hint: if you know a lot of thigs then you can play most part of the novel for real in first person perspective. Even the plot. Try playing skyrim or the like to improve your sense of lighting and texture, and Sfx. Best to read at silent places. As an addition, this story is sweet and the atmosphere is dark, so try weaving your feelings accordingly as the MC <3, as reference try knowing more at companionship *it can give you insight in the future on how to judge the feelings an author poured in his stories.

Unnecessary, don't read
Edit: I've read the comments but seriously!? I mean you didn't see it coming? And volume 1 was actually pretty sweet, the writing didn't even change much. I don't know what you were expecting, but this novel just wasn't meant for 'that' hateful kind of dark, and I guess it is overall enjoyable if you did not go outside the authors point of view, from the way I see it, you just expect things to happen without actually going deep on the waters, and don't just go ahead and judge the authors character from the perspective of a social degenerates(someone who is reliant or more prone to complaining their problems) it doesn't necessarily mean that bullied people are vengeful, most of them are just peaceful, and the correct term is loner. To those people who actually viewed the series as someone who thinks that the author has the image of those who wants to get back on others or wanting to be cool, can go read more novels before coming back here. Loners rarely gets angry, and the image they want is something out of longing for something, not the trendy-or-wanting-attention kind of cool. And do you even read? Try SAO to polish that. And reading is definitely not something for those who judge based from preferences, especially a poor judge of character, seriously. <<less

Now this is a surprise, I didn't know KeG became an active illustrator. Well, it's good to know. Now for the judgement, I think this is focusing too much on appeal as it's selling point, story wise... very casual, didn't even bother thinking about back logic, and adds whatever he likes, making the story line misattached. Well at the very least, it is in course in terms of relationship, despite the characters being a square type (sudden change of character). It still have it's appeal as selling point as mentioned earlier,... more>> there is also no denying that this is an enjoyable series, at least 100x better than new gate crap. <<less

Does anyone even hate this? I think only a few portion of the novel is translated so it's too early for judgement, well at least for me, this has a quite a lot of potential, the author shows a 'bad' hypocrite protagonist, the type who failed to enact their justice. Then limits it by showing a slightly 'strong' enemies, not to mention the existence more effective than him, then divided attention between the supposed-to-be protagonist while having a slightly 'mysterious' strong guy, the author could choose which concept to go... more>> with and still making it potent because regarding the bad, he could correct his reasoning in action, regarding the strong, he could emphasize the actions, and regarding the mysterious, he can add tense effect through the other side reaction through his action. Thinking abou it most novels which contains excitement are outline with one the three premise. judging from state of volume one I think his going slow within a small setting making this very detailed packing out climax, conlusion, resolution on a single volume, that's why it can also be drawn out. <<less

Tbh, I haven't read a single thing about this novel, but from the very beginning, I am a very big fan of Ukai Saki (Art of Black Bullet). I have the color spread of this novel as PC background and another one as tablet and another one for my phone, from that alone I could tell that it's the pretty dark story I liked very much, the characters, the individualism, and the concepts is prettt much like arifureta and seirei gensouke, (the former has drama pretty well executed, the... more>> latter had a very on-scale-imaginable fights) or most likely, kuro no maou. Though, now I'm hating the illustration of the first two novels because of this. Well, I'll withold judgement for now and test whether the writing fits the art style of ukai saki, though having Ukai Saki alone is a very big plus for me.

Edit: There seems to be a lot of development in the future based from the illust, and probably a lot better than those things mentioned above, the story itself is pretty dark. Most characters are involved in the circumstantial plot, and not too much indiscriminate, the flow is really fluid since everything is basically centered on the MC and every important characters makes direct contact with him, because of that, there is basically no change in perspective. There's also the encounters too be considered, incidentally, this might be one of it's selling point. Might as well include, the interaction directly to the circumstance of the character. <<less
