I'm translating this so of course I'll give this a five star. I finished reading the raws and since I saw that someone is translating a Filipino novel I was inspired to do the same and then I picked this series. The reason, it's full of magic, action, fantasy and slice of life. There were many surprises, imo. Though the author's sentences were sometimes fragmented and it made my life difficult, I still enjoyed reading this.

I've yet to finish the raws but I've read the ending (It's my hobby to check the ending before reading from the beginning). This story is mild at the earlier chapters but full of mystery, fights and fantasy starting from chapter 30. The school arcs are kinda boring but I can't forget how Morie jumped in front of a train but she didn't die because she already foresaw where and why the train would suddenly stop. She did that for her bullied classmate who planned to commit su*cide. It's really not a romance novel so the genre is wrong.

About Morie, she's actually a pitiful girl, outcasts from her school and family. I don't know why her father is excluding her so he's someone I want to butcher. Love interest? This is not shoujo.

BY THE WAY, SHAME TO THOSE WHO GAVE 1 STARS WITHOUT READING THE NOVELS THEY REVIEWED.

I absolutely love this story! It brings a new air in my reading. Usually I read action and fantasy novels where sometimes the MC is OP. There's some of this novels I've read just to pass time but this time I'm sure I won't quit it.

First, the american names makes it easier for me to follow the story. :) More seriously, the author have mixed a little touch of fantasy (I don't if it's the right word) into the real world. So far I've read the MC and her world... more>> are quite complex. You can't foresee what will happen. You can feel that each character has a background and isn't here just to full the story. Each of them provides information. I think that the MC has an ordinary character. She doesn't believe and want to change the universe with her capabilities. She has her head on her shoulders.

I'm pretty excited when I ask myself if her 'friends' will discover her ability and how will they react ? Where will her future lead her? I have great hope towards this novel and I pray that it will go on.

PS: I've done it a 5 because I feel it has become one of my favorite novel <<less

Not your typical fantasy story. Brings a new flavor to my taste buds. A lot of things are happening and you can't predict what is going to happen next. I've read this before and was happy that someone shared this work here. There are actually good PH novels.

Although the first part of the story are a bit uninteresting but it eventually gets exciting as the story progress.

The MC will find others that are like her, peculiars'. Getting herself in an adventure and actions. Discovering her identity.

While not a masterpiece, it's still quite enjoyable.

It's fairly different from other things here in NU, mainly due to the MC being generally pessimistic. Stuff happens, but it's a balance of good and bad things for the MC, which keeps the story interesting (i.e. No OP wish-fulfillment nor 100% drama turned in revenge wish-fulfillment).

I wouldn't recommend it to everyone, but it's worth a look as chapters aren't too long.

Good points:
*not the typical type of novel
*realistic
*no plot armor
*the female MC is very natural to her role. She's not OP. Her capabilities and faults are within reason.
*there are lessons to be learned. Imo.
*the other characters also are developing.
*LOTS OF MYSTERIES (but not the kind of mysteries which will make you cry in anger and disappointment) and also UNEXPECTED TWISTS.

Faults:
*grammar errors (actually not much because it's still very comprehensible)
*lack of detailed and vivid explanation about some events and places.
*at chapter... more>> 4, bunch of guys were introduced but they actually didn't appear anymore at the next chapters. You better ignore that chapter. However, overall, the novel is very good and entertaining. I like the MC. She's sometimes cool. She sometimes doesn't care. She's been called the heartbreaker but the truth is she's just a loner who keep on distancing herself to others because of her fear of seeing unfortunate futures. Later on, so many mysteries and other Peculiars started lingering around her. The other characters are also interesting because all of them have troubles and issues. So far, the conflicts revolving around those characters has been resolved in a satisfying manner. The main conflict? It's about being chased by Memoire. Not sure about what they want from the MC but it probably is connected to her unique Peculiarity. Read it, people. I know you want to try other things other than Xianxia and JP and this one is a good choice. Just bear with at least 15 or 20 chapters and then you'll see what I see. <<less

Only the 1st part of the story are uninteresting there is not much into it. But as the story progress there will be a lot of things that will be uncovered.
Spoiler

There is actually more to the story. Why there is a 'Memory Loss' in the tags. You'll soon find out. I'll just only put questions here to pick your curiosity.

Why she suddenly got the ability. Is it really innate to her that just suddenly awakened after her accident or there's more to it? Will she see more of her kind? Not only those who can 'see' ability but another kind of ability? Is her father really her father? Is being a seer the only thing she can do? What is this 'Mysterious Organization'

I hope those who give a 1 star will give this story another chance. Although this story is not a masterpiece but it still quite an incredible story. I wouldn't recommend this but it is still worth a try. <<less

The premise is nice and unique, we don't see many similar stories on this site, but it isn't implemented too well. Quite an unusual tale. The MC is fairly self-centered, her actions have no motivation, plot line appears and disappears in two chapters, and the story doesn't flow. Also, over 3 to 4 chapters, we are introduced to a whole flock of guys who had an interest in her at some point in time. Ch 1 was nice, but everything after that up until 8 is a chore and a... more>> pain to read. (Having only read up to 8). Won't rate as this is still quite early, and things can change. <<less

If you don't have novels to read, read this to past the time. The premise is interesting, but there's not really a plot yet, so you're just reading it cus of characters. Kind of dislike the MC. I sometimes get annoyed when she talks to people. Yeah, I get that she's the "cool" pessimistic type, but I don't think she's cool, just aloof and kind of mean to the few nice people around. Although it's not a major issue in her character, and I get what she's going through to... more>> act like that, but still irks me a bit. So imo it's just a good novel to past the time, but nothing worthwhile. I read the spoilers, and I think things get more exciting by chapter 30, so overall slow start, a bit boring, but not bad and interesting premise <<less

I was young when I read it and as a Filipino with limited good stories in our national language, I remember liking it so much. I even have a hardcopy of the book with the author's signature.
